Handyman Program

For All Seniors and the Disabled

The Village is proud to offer the Handyman Program. This program aims to eliminate the elements of stress and sometimes danger from the lives of the handicapped and senior residents who need to perform minor repairs around the house but can no longer so do on their own.

All of the labor involved with the work is paid for by the Village. The Village also pays for supplies up to $25.00 with any remaining costs paid by the resident.

The Handyman Program is designed for assistance with most general repairs around your home. The program does not include remodeling. If the work needed is outside of the program's scope, the Village will provide a list of qualified contractors and assist in the securing quotations for the job.

The program repair person is Vince Ranieri from Public Works.
