NORTH RIVERSIDE HISTORICAL SOCIETY

We strongly encourage anyone with photos, stories or other items of historical significance to come and share them with us as we build our collection and prepare it to be shared with the world!

This is a wonderful Village endeavor that we all will be proud to view and show to visitors who come to North Riverside!  The North Riverside Library has be extremely helpful in the fact that space was donated to display collections and artifacts.  We are still in the process of of cataloguing and labeling items in our collections, for which, we still need help with.  

ABOUT THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY

The Historical Society meets monthly to assemble and catalog the wide array of items that paint a picture of our town as it has grown over the years.  We welcome interested residents to come and share their mementos and browse our collection.

A rotating sample of our collection will be on display in the North Riverside Library for all to enjoy.  Join us to share stories and memories, photos, newspaper clippings of North Riverside, as you remember it!  Help us to build a time capsule to pass on to the next generation of residents and share the pride!
