 There are 4 easy ways to pay your water and garbage bill to the Village.
In-Person:  Cash, check or credit card payments (Visa or MasterCard) can be made in person at the Administration Counter of the Village Commons.

By Mail:  Check payments can be mailed to the Village of North Riverside, 2401 S. DesPlaines Ave, North Riverside, IL  60546.

On-Line:  Please click on the E-Pay icon on our website to access our on-line bill payment center.  Water and Garbage bills can be paid using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by e-check.

At the Harris Bank Sub-Station:  Payments can also be made at the following location:

Lobby Hours:
 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 9am to 5pm
 Friday – 9am to 6pm
 Saturday – 9am to 1pm


 After hours, payments are also accepted in the silver depository boxes located at both the front and back doors of the Village Commons.  The drop boxes are emptied at 8:30am Monday through Friday and 9am Saturday.  Any payment put in the drop box after these times will not be processed until the next business day.
A 10% penalty will be added to any water bill if payment in full is not received in the Village Offices by 4:30pm on the due date.  Failure to receive a bill does not exempt you from penalty charges.  Please allow 7 business days for mailing and processing.
