The West Suburban Directed Gang Enforcement Task Force is comprised of officers from the North Riverside, Berwyn, Lyons, Brookfield, Forest Park, Oak Park, Riverside and Stickney Police Departments. The task force was formed by an intergovernmental agreement in 2007 and was created to focus on gang and drug problems in WEDGE communities. In the two years of its existence, the West Suburban Directed Gang Enforcement (WEDGE) has accounted for 109 felony arrests and 260 misdemeanor arrests in the towns it serves.

Explain the activity in as much detail as you can. You do not have to provide your name, address, or phone number.
