Noxious or High Weeds
All premises and exterior property and the parkway adjacent to a said parcel of property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of six inches. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as all grasses, annual plants, and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided; however, this term shall not include cultivated flowers and gardens.
Trees, Bushes & Shrubs
Any tree or shrub which overhangs any sidewalk, street, or another public place in the village in such a way as to impede or interfere with traffic or travel on such public place shall be trimmed by the owner of the abutting premises on which such tree or shrub grows so that the obstruction shall cease.
