More than 50 dedicated citizens and business representatives volunteer their time and give back to our community by serving as members of one of the village's advisory boards and commissions. All members of boards, commissions and committees are appointed by the Mayor with the advise and consent of the Board of Trustees.
These volunteers play an critical role in our local government structure and are tasked with reviewing information and making recommendations to the Mayor and Board of Trustees on Village policy issues.
If you are a North Riverside resident or business representative and are interested in serving on one of the Mayor's advisory boards or commissions, please complete an on-line Board & Commission Volunteer Application form and submit it to the North Riverside Village Clerk.
